General Bonus Terms

• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

To advance to higher tiers, you must remain regularly active and increase your use of the platform. Cashback terms may change at any time.

The following rules must be followed when playing games on the winbed platform:

• Each game has its own rules, which are detailed on that game's page.
• Server-side logs shall be treated as the final proof for verifying game results.
• winbed is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical errors.

Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, however active bonuses will be cancelled.

Closure by winbed

winbed may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of these Terms.
• In the event of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• If inconsistencies are found in personal information.
• If evidence is found that the user is a minor.
• For the user's own protection (upon a self-exclusion request).
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
